Vice President, Change Management — Marketing Transformation Officenew

Join a high-visibility transformation agenda and help shape how Marketing delivers change—consistently, transparently, and with measurable outcomes. This role builds the firm’s change capability within Marketing and accelerates adoption across critical initiatives.

As a Vice President of Change Management in the Marketing Transformation Office, you will architect and deliver a fully operational Change Management Office focused on the people side of change. You will set the vision, structure, standards, and governance for how change is planned, executed, and measured across Marketing. You will build organizational change maturity, embed best-in-class change practices, and foster a culture of adaptability and resilience—enabling sustainable transformation outcomes and faster adoption. 

Job responsibilities

  • Architect and lead the Marketing Change Management Office, defining mandate, operating model, governance, and standards.
  • Develop and execute a change maturity strategy, leveraging Prosci and other relevant methodologies.
  • Embed change management practices and capabilities across all levels of the Marketing organization.
  • Design and oversee training and coaching programs, coordinating closely with the enterprise change management office.
  • Standardize change methodologies, toolkits, and measurement frameworks for consistent execution across initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting to track adoption, value realization, and change maturity.
  • Cultivate a culture of adaptability, resilience, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
  • Recognize change success by partnering with Communications to celebrate wins and reinforce desired behaviors.
  • Partner with technology teams to enable digital adoption and integrate change management tools and processes, including the application of artificial intelligence where appropriate.
  • Influence and collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders and deliver change initiatives with discipline and transparency.
  • Drive risk management, sustainability, and lessons learned to strengthen outcomes and continuously improve delivery.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Bring 8+ years of relevant experience in change management, transformation, or project management.
  • Demonstrate experience building and leading a change management function or office.
  • Exhibit strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Design and implement change frameworks, governance models, and measurement systems.
  • Communicate effectively through strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and executive-ready messaging.
  • Apply an analytical approach to defining metrics and producing dashboards and reporting.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching, feedback, and talent development.
  • Partner effectively with technology teams to drive digital enablement and adoption.
  • Develop and deliver compelling training curricula using storytelling and practical, hands-on approaches.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Hold a Prosci certification or a comparable change management certification.
  • Bring experience supporting marketing transformation or large-scale organizational change.
  • Use data, analytics, and digital enablement tools (including artificial intelligence capabilities where relevant) to improve adoption outcomes.
  • Show a track record of continuous improvement and delivering sustainable change.
  • Apply knowledge of multiple change management methodologies and best practices.
