Your Role:
Working as part of the Invesco Private Markets marketing team, this role primarily supports the EMEA business, serving as the primary point of contact for the DACH stakeholder base and associated German language requests. Responsible for the production, maintenance and distribution of a wide range of marketing collateral, including presentations, factsheets, reporting, white papers, brochures, videos, podcasts and other ad-hoc communications across multiple products and business initiatives. The role supports a diverse group of stakeholders, including Client Portfolio Managers, distribution teams and other internal partners, ensuring materials are aligned with strategic objectives and effectively meet market needs. This role also contributes to the planning and delivery of Invesco’s internal and external event schedule for Germany and other local markets where Invesco has a presence.
What you will be doing:
Production and ongoing maintenance (data + messaging review, design improvements whilst aligning to Invesco brand guidelines and considering consistency) of collateral relating to Invesco Real Estate’s European and multi-portfolio funds + European separate accounts in terms of quarterly updates/maintenance through to due diligence support and other ad-hoc requests. We also cover wider corporate marketing initiatives including investment strategy/thought leadership, ESG, new business opportunities and other ad-hoc projects as required by the business. Particular focus is placed on maintaining German‑language materials to support local stakeholders.
Contribute to the planning and execution of Invesco’s internal and external event requirements for Germany (and neighbouring markets as required): Coordinating and managing vendors and other third parties, arranging venues, contributing to AV requirements, managing attendees and registrations, onsite coordination and Invesco representation
Manage the compliance review/approval process - Oversight and support of the quarterly approvals process,
advising colleagues and amending documents to adhere to regulations prior to submitting for compliance review, ensuring adherence to any relevant regulations. Communicating compliance approvals to stakeholders and publishing materials on Invesco’s digital platforms to support and enable capital‑raising efforts
Maintaining clear and robust data‑sourcing instructions for the team supporting quarterly manual data updates and inputs. Contributing to periodic collateral review processes with key stakeholders, implementing required changes, and ensuring all updates are reflected in guidance provided to the support team.
Providing input into identifying streamlining and improvement opportunities within the quarterly update and maintenance process including supporting automation efforts. Supporting the adoption of AI and other new technologies to streamline processes and deliver efficiencies.
Contributing to the management of the team group email inbox, which serves as the central point for stakeholder requests as well as maintaining the associated workload management tracker. This includes logging all incoming requests, tracking progress against each task, and monitoring time allocated to each project.
What you will bring:
Experience within the financial/asset management industry/comparable role.
Collateral production and maintenance: Data checking, content review, data visualization, design (with adherence to brand guidelines)
Compliance marketing review process
Fluent in German at a professional / business level
Advanced user of Microsoft office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Global marketing compliance framework and requirements + Red Oak Intermediate to advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (preferable but not essential)
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
Dedicated, responsible, reliable, collaborative
Attention to detail
Eye for design: Keen sense of aesthetics and a strong ability to judge what makes a design effective while adhering to brand guidelines
Ability to multi-task/coordinate several projects simultaneously to tight deadlines
Interpersonal skills – Interaction with stakeholders from across the globe, primarily from EMEA + extending to North America and APAC. The role may also involve providing occasional guidance and support to interns and work experience participants within the Munich office.
