As a Marketing Strategy Associate in the Lending & Small Business Customer Marketing team, you execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that deepen customer relationships and support portfolio growth. You orchestrate offers, journeys, and contacts across digital channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered flawlessly and optimized for performance.

Job responsibilities

  • Execute customer-centric marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Develop and implement segmentation, targeting, and channel planning strategies
  • Manage creative development, inputs, and approvals with cross-functional partners
  • Ensure all campaign deliverables meet compliance and quality standards
  • Oversee campaign QA, controls, documentation, and audit-ready tracking
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify actionable optimization opportunities
  • Prepare business updates, campaign recaps, and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Translate performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with analytics, creative, and channel teams to drive improvements
  • Support the translation of marketing strategy into multi-channel customer journeys
  • Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • One year of professional experience in marketing or analytics
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage timelines and deliverables proactively
  • Experience working both independently and as part of a team

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in campaign execution, segmentation, and targeting
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear action plans
  • Proficiency in leveraging qualitative and quantitative analytics
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to solve problems and drive outcomes
  • Familiarity with marketing controls, compliance, and performance reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience preparing presentations and business updates for stakeholders
