Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, including scope definition, timelines, milestones, and risk management
主導專案規劃與執行，包含專案範疇、時程、里程碑與風險控管
• Translate business or product requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications
將商業或產品需求轉化為開發團隊可執行的技術規格
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors on development, API integrations, or outsourced projects
與內部 IT 團隊及外部供應商協作，進行系統開發、API 串接或外包專案控管
• Ensure smooth communication and high-quality delivery across stakeholders
確保跨單位溝通順暢，專案品質與交付成果符合期待

 Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in web or system development, with 2+ years of project management experience
具 3–5 年網站或系統開發經驗，並有 2 年以上專案管理實務
• Familiar with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana)
熟悉專案管理工具（如 Jira、Trello、Asana 等）
• Solid understanding of front-end, back-end, and basic database concepts
了解前端、後端技術架構及基本資料庫概念
• Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and problem-solving ability
具良好溝通能力、結構化思考與問題解決能力
• UI/UX sensibility and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers
具 UI／UX 美感，能與設計師有效討論使用者體驗

Nice to have
• Experience in e-commerce platforms or large-scale project delivery
具電子商務平台或大型專案經驗者佳
• Background in financial services, insurance, or marketing-related roles
曾任職於金融、保險或行銷相關領域者尤佳
• PMP or other project management certifications
具 PMP 或其他專案管理相關證照者加分
