About the Role
Lead and execute marketing strategies to optimize broker channel performance. Identify new channels, partnerships, and co-marketing opportunities to drive business growth. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize revenue and strengthen market presence. 負責規劃並執行保經通路行銷策略，發掘新通路、合作夥伴及共同行銷機會，推動業務成長。與內部團隊及外部夥伴協作，提升營收並強化市場影響力。
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement broker channel marketing strategies / 制定並執行通路行銷策略
• Conduct market research to identify new channels and partnerships / 市場研究，尋找新通路與合作夥伴
• Manage licensing agreements, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships / 管理授權協議、合資及策略夥伴
• Design and execute marketing programs with external partners / 與外部夥伴合作設計與執行行銷專案
• Track performance and optimize strategies with data-driven insights / 追蹤績效並以數據分析提出優化建議
Key Competencies
• Analytical thinking & data interpretation / 分析思考與數據解讀能力
• Communication, negotiation & relationship management / 溝通、協商及關係管理能力
• Strategic thinking & problem-solving / 策略思考與問題解決能力
• Cross-functional collaboration / 跨部門及外部協作能力

• Personal Insurance Agent Certification preferred / 具保險業務員資格尤佳
• 7+ years in channel marketing or business development / 7年以上通路行銷或業務開發經驗
• Proven success in marketing strategy & partnerships / 具行銷策略及合作計畫成功經驗
• Experience with licensing agreements, joint ventures or strategic partnerships is a plus / 具授權協議、合資或策略夥伴管理經驗尤佳
