We require someone with / key experience:

8+ years of total working experience across below-mentioned skills:

• Practical experience of 8+ year developing Full stack solution.
• Architectural Design & Technical Guidance: Defining high-level, scalable, and secure architecture for full-stack applications. This includes selecting technologies and designing APIs, databases, and microservices
• Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Leading a development team, conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring junior developers to improve team proficiency.
• Hands-on Development & Quality Assurance: Writing, debugging, and maintaining high-performance code across the entire stack (e.g. React/Java). Ensuring adherence to best practices for code quality, testing, and security.
• Project Management & Collaboration: Translating business requirements from product owners into technical specifications, breaking down epics into actionable tasks, and ensuring milestones are met.
• DevOps & Deployment: Managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (AWS), and overseeing the deployment process from development to production.
• Problem-Solving & Optimization: Troubleshooting complex technical issues, improving application performance, and maintaining system security.
• 8 years of experience in design and development of complex systems based on J2EE framework.
  • Strong communication with both technical and business teams
  • Should have extremely good knowledge on SDLC processes
  • Should possess sound knowledge on IT Application architecture, Design methodologies across multiple platforms
• Expertise in development / design of large web based applications using one or more of development technologies such as JEE, Spring, Hibernate, MQ, XML, XSLT, Web Services, Enterprise Service Bus, JavaScript , SQL Server, Oracle & ETL tools

Responsibilities:

• You will develop new features and enhance existing features to support our Home-grown Data Governance Product.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing systems, contributing to various areas such as feature development, system optimization, and integration.
• This hands-on position involves working on both front-end and back-end components, including Python-based AWS Lambda functions, to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Preferred Skills:

• Technical: Strong proficiency in frontend (React, Angular, HTML/CSS) and backend (Java,) technologies, SQL/NoSQL databases, and AWS.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, mentoring, and project management skills.
• Methodologies: Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Strong communication skills with ability to work with business and Technology stakeholders
• Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently
• Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines

Qualifications:

• B.E/B. Tech/BCA/MCA from a reputed organization

Nice to have:

• GenAI, ML/AI experience
