This role supports and helps manage our Chase.com Secure Web Platform and contributes to the overall success of our Digital Channels.

As a Senior Product Associate in Digital Channels Secure Web Platform, you are an integral part of the team that innovates product capabilities and supports the end-to-end product life cycle. You help represent the voice of the customer, contribute to a roadmap that balances customer outcomes and platform health, and partner closely with technology, design, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient, and stable platform experiences. You will help drive execution, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement to ensure strong client experiences.

Job responsibilities

  • Supports discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and help integrate them into the Secure Web platform roadmap
  • Contributes to owning, maintaining, and refining the product backlog, supporting development teams in delivering against the strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Helps define and track key success metrics such as cost, feature/functionality delivery, risk posture, and reliability, escalating insights and trade-offs as needed
  • Builds working knowledge of the Secure Web Platform, including business-critical functionality and the importance of foundational platform capabilities that enable future growth
  • Champions customer experience and usability, helping ensure users feel productive and enabled on the website—able to complete tasks quickly and efficiently to help manage their finances and life
  • Demonstrates strong technical curiosity, seeking to understand how the website functions today and identifying opportunities to improve beyond UI enhancements (e.g., performance, stability, resiliency, security foundations)
  • Manages and refines technical backlogs in partnership with technology, agility, design, and stakeholder groups; supports problem-solving using user needs and data; communicates progress, status, risks, and blockers to appropriate audiences
  • Develops understanding of browser and web platform capabilities, guidelines, best practices, trends, and roadmaps to inform product decisions
  • Helps maintain an understanding of the Secure website roadmap and industry trends, evaluating fit against existing Chase platform capabilities and surfacing gaps/opportunities

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management, digital platforms, or a relevant domain area
  • Working knowledge of the product development life cycle, with exposure to design and data/analytics practices
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, requirements definition, delivery, and value measurement
  • Web enthusiast with passion and curiosity for web platforms and how they work
  • Ability to support Secure Web platform product direction through structured thinking, stakeholder partnership, and strong execution

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Technical familiarity with secure website technologies, backend systems, and cloud concepts; experience working in an agile environment
