We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications across cloud, web, and distributed systems environments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on full-stack engineer with strong expertise in ReactJS and NextJS, solid experience building services with NodeJS, and working knowledge of Java-based backend development. This role requires someone who can collaborate with business stakeholders, modernize legacy platforms, build scalable applications and services, and deliver high-quality software solutions from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications.
- Build and maintain cloud-native microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Modernize legacy applications and migrate systems to contemporary architectures.
- Develop and maintain RESTful and gRPC service integrations.
- Implement data persistence layers and optimize application performance.
Front-End Engineering
- Create responsive web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
- Translate UX/UI designs into high-quality user experiences.
- Develop reusable UI components and maintain frontend standards.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams.
Cloud & DevOps
- Design and support solutions running on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Implement containerized deployments using Docker and cloud orchestration platforms.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Monitor application health and performance using observability tools.
Data & Analytics
- Design and optimize relational database solutions.
- Develop ETL processes and data integration workflows.
- Create dashboards and monitoring solutions that provide operational insights.
- Support analytics and reporting requirements.
Quality & Engineering Excellence
- Develop automated tests and maintain high code quality standards.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Drive engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced degree preferred.
Experience
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, capital markets, payments, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
- Proven track record modernizing legacy platforms and implementing cloud solutions.
