Senior Associate, Content Producer - LLM Suite Product Marketingnew

JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) · Other

LLM Suite is JPMorganChase's firmwide GenAI product that enables easy access to advanced capabilities for individuals, business teams, and application teams — serving as a business productivity tool and a platform for building AI solutions. The Product Marketing team drives awareness, adoption, and engagement, ensuring that every feature launch, training initiative, and campaign is executed with precision and impact.

As a Senior Associate, Content Producer on the LLM Suite Product Marketing team, you will support the team by translating product messaging, briefs, and campaign requirements into polished, tangible marketing assets — across formats and ready for immediate activation. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who thrives on producing high-quality, multi-format content at pace, with the hustle and versatility of an agency producer. You will work across the full range of content formats the team needs — visual, video, written, and presentation — and contribute directly to launches, campaigns, training initiatives, and events. You will not own strategy or creative direction, but you will be a reliable, high-quality production partner who gets work done with precision and speed. You will also be a visible and professional presence across stakeholder environments — comfortable supporting senior team members, preparing materials for leadership, and representing the product credibly whether in an operational team meeting or an executive briefing.

In addition to producing assets, you will help evolve LLM Suite's brand expression by building repeatable creative systems that scale. You will set a high bar for craft while designing templates, toolkits, and modular launch packages that enable the team to move faster without sacrificing consistency or quality.

Job responsibilities

  • Produce high volumes of polished marketing assets across formats, including feature launch packages, campaign materials, feature announcements, training materials, executive-ready presentations, and event collateral such as signage, booth graphics, and decks.
  • Translate product messaging, positioning, and feature details directly into tangible, ready-to-use assets — making technical concepts clear and visually compelling without losing accuracy.
  • Translate complex LLM Suite capabilities into clear, visually compelling narratives that resonate with non-technical audiences; distill product metrics, user testimonials, and adoption milestones into compelling content across platforms including launch emails, awards submissions, sizzle reels, and executive-facing decks.
  • Produce and edit video content including sizzle reels, product demos, explainer videos, and event recaps, with hands-on capability across the full editing and assembly process. Support web content updates and digital asset publishing using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring content is current, accurate, and on-brand across digital touchpoints.
  • Stay comfortable with emerging formats — short-form video, lightweight motion graphics, interactive content, and community/message-board surfaces — and stay ahead of new tools and platforms independently, bringing fresh approaches back to the team.
  • Flex across the full production spectrum with a "leader-doer" mentality — equally comfortable concepting a campaign visual system in Figma, editing a product demo in Premiere, refining a deck for senior leadership, or building event collateral from scratch.
  • Support senior team members and leadership in preparing materials, presentations, and assets for internal communications, campaigns, and executive-facing moments.
  • Serve as a reliable, high-quality production partner across stakeholder levels — adapting communication style and output format to suit different audiences, from day-to-day collaborators to senior leadership. Be a visible and professional representative of the LLM Suite Product Marketing team, able to show up credibly and with energy across a range of settings — from working sessions on the trading floor to boardroom briefings.
  • Own and evolve the visual and verbal expression of LLM Suite's brand across every marketing surface, building repeatable creative frameworks that give each campaign, launch, and activation a recognizable LLM Suite touch. Apply JPMorganChase and LLM Suite brand standards consistently across all produced assets, ensuring every deliverable looks polished, on-brand, and fit for its intended channel and audience.
  • Design and maintain scalable content systems that support high-volume production cycles, including templates, production playbooks, and "go-to-market-in-a-box" toolkits that help Product Marketing ship quickly and consistently.
  • Design for modularity and reuse — approach every product brief with an eye toward repurposing, so that a single product launch package yields videos, key messaging slides, education modules, website modules, and event collateral from the same core creative.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of professional experience in content production, product marketing, brand/content design, or an agency or in-house studio environment with high-throughput delivery expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce across multiple formats, with strength in at least two of the following: visual design, video/motion, presentation decks, written content, or social content.
  • A portfolio demonstrating multi-format content production across visual, video, and campaign deliverables. Work samples should show execution quality and the ability to produce within brand constraints.
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience marketing technology, SaaS, or product-led platforms, especially where translating product complexity into clear, accessible assets is essential.
  • Comfort working across stakeholder levels, adapting materials and communication to different audiences — from operational teams to senior leadership.
  • Curiosity and fluency with emerging formats, tools, and platforms — and a habit of independently introducing new approaches to the team.
  • Familiarity with content operations best practices, including intake frameworks, lightweight production workflows, and repeatable template systems that scale output.
