Client Services Account Managers (CSAMs) are dedicated to fostering close relationships with their clients, understanding their requirements and expectations, and taking accountability for issue resolution. They engage in proactive client management and cultivate long-term partnerships to become trusted advisors. Additionally, CSAMs build strong relationships with Operations and other groups, such as Product, Sales, and Technology, both locally and regionally, to ensure effective service delivery to clients. CSAMs collaborate with and manage through various functional areas, both locally and globally, to ensure timely and efficient service provision. They operate with a high degree of autonomy in managing daily deliverables to clients.

 

As a Vice President in the Client Services Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Securities Services' Custody and Fund Services clients. In your new role, you will have ultimate ownership of your clients' satisfaction with J.P. Morgan's products and services.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with a portfolio of Securities Services clients, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and the overall client experience.
  • Maintain accountability for client service delivery across Securities Services products, coordinating with Operations, Product, Sales, and Technology partners.
  • Drive resolution of client inquiries, service issues, and operational challenges, ensuring timely communication and effective escalation management.
  • Lead client meetings, governance forums, and periodic relationship reviews to strengthen partnerships and communicate business updates.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to support client growth opportunities and deliver solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Maintain client documentation, service level agreements, and relationship records for assigned accounts.
  • Monitor billing activities and support the management of aged receivables to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of outstanding items.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, training, and adoption of J.P. Morgan's products and technology solutions.
  • Support service delivery across Custody, Fund Services, Cash, FX, Liquidity, and related Securities Services solutions.
  • Partner with regional Securities Services and Buy-Side Trading Services teams to support Taiwanese clients and deliver a seamless client experience.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in a client-facing role within Financial Services, preferably in Securities Services, Custody, Fund Services, Securities Financing, Prime Services, or related businesses.
  • Demonstrated experience in Client Service, Relationship Management, Operations, Implementations, Product Management, or Project Management.
  • Working knowledge of Securities Services products, including Custody, Fund Administration, Securities Lending, Collateral Management, and Trading Services.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and influence stakeholders across a global organization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to support regional client coverage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong ownership mindset with demonstrated accountability, collaboration, and client focus.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience supporting institutional investors, asset managers, insurance companies, sovereign funds, or other buy-side clients.
  • Knowledge of Buy-Side Trading Services, securities financing, or outsourced trading solutions.
  • Experience managing regional or global client relationships across Asian markets.
  • Familiarity with Taiwanese financial markets and institutional client landscape.
