As a Product Delivery Manager in Identity & Access Management (IAM) Authentication & Authorization, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.In this role you are accountable for both product outcomes (vision, roadmap, customer value) and delivery execution (intake-to-release, operationalization, dependency management). You represent the customer, partner closely with product directors, internal/external product managers, technology and control functions, and ensure solutions meet the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory expectations.

Job responsibilities 

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination 
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy for Authentication & Authorization capabilities that improve user experience and security. 
  • Maintain clear and actionable product backlogs (epics and stories) with defined context and acceptance criteria while providing timely stakeholder communication on progress, outcomes, risks, and mitigation plans across IAM and partner teams to support predictable delivery 
  • Lead customer and stakeholder discovery, research, and problem validation to translate insights into a prioritized roadmap while serving as the voice of the customer to ensure delivered solutions drive measurable customer and business value 
  • Translate constraints and opportunities, including AI/automation potential into scalable product practices, workflows, and standards 
  • Managing timelines, resourcing visibility, and delivery risks; proactively removing blockers and escalating where needed 
  • You will work across product, engineering, and functional partners to manage cross-team dependencies and outcomes 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Strong delivery fundamentals, including release management and deployment processes/strategies
  • Proven operational management and change readiness capability
  • Track record of continuous improvement and driving execution through ambiguity and dependency-heavy environments.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics 
  • 8+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product ownership, product delivery, or a relevant domain
  • Prior IAM experience, especially Authentication and Authorization
  • Strong strategic thinking and a customer-centric mindset with focus on user experience and security
  • Data literacy/analytics skills to inform prioritization and measure product performance
