Who we are looking for

A Payroll & HR Operations professional that has proven experience in working with Luxembourg Payroll & HR processes and knowledge about regulations including local legislation on the HR Operation and Payroll. Individual contributor with process-oriented experience, easy adaptation skills, and capability to work in changing environment. Ideal candidate will possess ability to rotate between tasks and processes within the Payroll & HR Operations organization. This role will consist of liaison between vendors & internal stakeholders and will be based in India.

What you will be responsible for

As part of the Luxembourg Payroll and HR Operations team, your main activities will be:

  • Deliver payroll administration activities and coordinate related activities with Payroll Provider and Employees and provide support for such HR services.

  • Support payroll, statutory reporting and other HR related activities, including maintaining a working relationship with local revenue and governmental agencies (sickness reporting, medical checks follow up, overtime reporting, etc.)

  • Execute HR administration activities related to Employees’ day-to-day life (maternity leave, parental leave, study leave, part-time amendment, terminations, etc.)

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely responses to employee queries via ticketing systems.

  • Maintaining the database in relation to the working from home agreements and assisting with the tax and social security obligations

  • Ensure that all the data privacy and destruction rules are followed and considered during the HR Administration processes.

  • Ensure that you make reasonable decisions by exercising reasonable care when considering information available to you. This includes taking proactive action to ensure that the information you have is suitable and adequate.

  • Support other CoE’s ad-hoc requests whilst maintaining strong working relationships

Preferred skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience of 4-6 years in HR operations and payroll

  • Knowledge of Luxembourg payroll and HR regulations

  • Fluent English and additional asset French language

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
