This position offers the opportunity to work with the CIB’s Business Change Management (BCM), which provide a range of services to support the CIB business globally at JPMorganChase.
The group’s primary role is to lead the onboarding and offboarding of users within the Corporate & Investment Bank, partnering with multiple global teams to ensure required requests are opened and completed thoroughly and within established timelines. The team also manages and oversees additional processes and validation exercises.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process.
- Drive the technology agenda through the control and provisioning of hardware, applications, and market data management.
- Real Estate / Space Planning: maintain floor plans, manage moves, perform cost allocations and ad hoc projects; promote efficiency in the CIB footprint.
- Ensure a dynamic controls and compliance environment, continuously mitigating risks within business processes.
- Develop and implement performance metrics aligned with the BSM agenda.
- Analyze expense data to create reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Serve as a support point and advocate for the administrative team’s needs.
- Lead ad hoc projects aligned with the BSM agenda in Latin America.
- Process and review data efficiently and in compliance with procedures (intermediate Excel skills are essential), with an understanding of the importance of processes and a robust controls framework.
- Work effectively under pressure and in a fast-changing environment to meet deadlines.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Technology or other related fields.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced English (spoken and written communication).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ownership and proactivity — anticipate risks and unblock pending items.
- Handle urgent matters without compromising controls; meet deadlines in a changing environment.
- Strong and independent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct analyses to influence and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with strong listening and influencing abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple demands, and ensure delivery completion.
- Proactive (self-starter), organized profile, consistent in meeting deadlines and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Experience in customer service and/or client-facing stakeholder engagement.
