Key Responsibilities:
- Privileged Account Systematization:
- Analyze and evaluate existing privileged accounts that require manual input, and develop a systematic transformation plan.
- Design and implement automated login and password update mechanisms to enhance system security and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the development team for system deployment and testing to ensure functionality is stable and compliant with security standards.
- System Operations and Support:
- Monitor the usage of privileged accounts and conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Assist in resolving any issues or anomalies related to privileged accounts to ensure business continuity.
- Group Coordination and Meeting Support:
- Support coordination between the IT Department and other departments or the Group to ensure smooth information flow and resource sharing.
- Assist in organizing business meetings, including agenda preparation, scheduling, document management, and follow-up after meetings.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in system administration, IT operations, or related roles. Experience with privilege management or automation tools is a plus.
- Familiar with Linux/Windows systems, database management, and basic networking concepts.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell or Python, with experience in developing automation scripts.
- Familiar with privilege management tools (e.g., Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet) is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of working effectively across departments.
- Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
